"Thank you, my friend, for the great review!!"
"Jose, Thanks for the awesome review! You guys are awesome and it was a pleasure to do business with you. Let's keep in touch in a couple months to prevent bugs from overwintering in your house!"
"Thanks Vince! You're awesome! If you need quality stuff done in the future, you know where to look!"
"Thanks for a mostly positive review!"
"Thanks for the great review!"
"The basketball sized nest was over 20 ft in the air and in a hard to get to place. Customer was pregnant and had several young children, had already been stung the day before, and the wasps were the most aggressive I have seen in years. To me, the immediate danger, the aggressive wasps and their nest, needed to be taken down asap. That was the goal -- to quickly make a safe situation for a pregnant mom with little ones in tow. Despite the customer's claim, it was actually her idea for me to "throw a rake" up there. I feared its fall would break the porch lights on the way down, but I connected my broom to her rake and took down the nest."
"Thanks for your positive review. I'll continue to work on my interpersonal skills and maybe earn a 5 star on customer service next time!"
"I assessed the situation, was friendly as I could be, made a special trip to the supplier and even gave some free material to the customers as a gift for future invasions. 3.5? I'll take it. That's better than my high school GPA."
