Dave, the owner, set an appointment to get rid of my wasp nest the same day I put in my HomeAdvisor exterminator request. Upon arrival to my home, he provided a price for just the job for which I hired him and a price for doing an additional preventative spray. I accepted his reasonable price to do both tasks. Upon completion of those tasks, Dave did a walk around of my house and found a concerning spiderweb. He sprayed that web and around my foundation for no extra cost. He's very personable and enjoyable to interact with. I will hire him for future pest control needs.

Hire this guy! I'm definitely a very satisfied customer. Home Advisor connected me directly to David and he stopped by within 1.5 hours to do the work because he was in the area. Gave me a great price, got rid of the wasp problem (as well as removed the unsightly nest), treated the yard, and parameter of the house to prevent any from returning in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want, like the first company I spoke with through HomeAdvisor. This is the guy you want to hire. Don't waste your time with others.

Called to get carpenter ant infestation addressed while doing an addition to my house. Response was quick and job was completed successfully. There only part that was slightly irritating is that he wanted payment immediately and even talked to my general contractor about getting paid...must have been stiffed by someone in the past.

Prompt, courteous, was able to get rid of the grasshoppers. Yellow jackets are still numerous, but he recommended a product that helped, he sprayed, and pointed out that we live next to a field and that the yellow jackets are also numerous in our entire neighborhood.

When I called them, I got the owner. I told him I thought my college son has bed bugs in the apartment. He quoted me a price to remove. But after his inpsection, he said it wasn't bed bugs and dropped his quote substantially.

He was ill equipped to handle the wasp nest in our eves. He was informed it was high. Did not have a tall enough ladder and then proceeded to throw a rake at it to remove it. He left me with a can of standard walmart wasp spray for spraying remaining wasps after he sold me his special wasp spray gimmick over the phone. He had to reschedule twice because of personal reasons. Overall it was a waste of money, my husband could have done that. Thanks.

"The basketball sized nest was over 20 ft in the air and in a hard to get to place. Customer was pregnant and had several young children, had already been stung the day before, and the wasps were the most aggressive I have seen in years. To me, the immediate danger, the aggressive wasps and their nest, needed to be taken down asap. That was the goal -- to quickly make a safe situation for a pregnant mom with little ones in tow. Despite the customer's claim, it was actually her idea for me to "throw a rake" up there. I feared its fall would break the porch lights on the way down, but I connected my broom to her rake and took down the nest."
