They responded to my initial call almost immediately. Someone came out that same day. The gentleman that made the house call gave us a recommendation to put monitors in the area based on his inspection of the areas. We made a payment and expected the items delivered to do the monitoring. We have yet to receive the items. I have sent 3 emails, several text messages and several unanswered calls. They were so prompt to respond to me in the beginning but now there has been no communication with the company since the initial visit and inspection. No, that?s not correct the submitted an invoice for $111.01 for 3 monitors that we paid for and we have yet to receive.

From the initial meeting to completion of the beehive removal the next morning I would give more stars if that was possible. They were on time, very organized, and cleaned up afterward. What more would you ask for. Would definitely use Pestmaster again if I have another pest situation.

Just agreed to hire. Will have more information after job completion. Very helpful in answering all questions prior to receipt of inspection and estimate. Allowed customer to review options patiently without pressure to select which service is best. Really liked that as I am not in the nuisance animal business and have very little subject matter expertise.
