The price for the initial service is across the board but to have him go on the roof (2 story) it would have cost me another $225. My last pest control company had that all included so beware.

"Thank you for 5.0 you gave us on customer service. I'm sorry you felt like the value was not up to your previous company. Due to the nature of the target pest, your pest management provider would not go onto the roof unless he noted something from the attic space which needed another vantage point. It's extremely rare for a provider to go onto a roof, and this type of infestation does not warrant the liability to your roof or the service provider. If the pest management provider miss lead you in anyway, or you feel you have been improperly treated, please contact me at your earliest convenience so we have a chance to make it right for you. Small Animal Pest Control Service
Had an infestation of squirrels in my yard and they came out right away. I very happy with the results after one week. Would recommend them. They are local, (Escondido) and small company and very personal and professional.
