Riptide is outstanding! I have used them for about 3 years and I am very pleased. The service is professional and effective- no insects in my house! The product they use is odorless and it does not aggravate my allergies and is safe for my kitty. I saw some ghost ants in my kitchen- called Riptide- someone came within 24 hrs- haven't seen any bugs since. The fee is reasonable and worth every penny! Riptide has my strongest recommendation.

Albert the owner of RipTide Pest Control was spot on discovering a rat issue in our attic! Albert was attentive and punctual with his appointments and eliminated the rat problem! Albert also remediated the rat poop and urine issue in our attic! We had a serious carpenter bee infestation and I struggled to find a company to help. I finally found Riptide owner Albert who came out and took care of the problem immediately! We decided to make Riptide our regular home pest service and have been pleased. Albert takes the time to explain his treatments and he has made our home pest-free. He is a professional and a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend him!

I signed up for a 1 year service 8 months ago and still waiting for mt first check up under the contract I would not recommend the service

In the beginning it was rough. I had a rodent problem and wanted it taken care of immediately. Once I realized that it was going to take a little time. Staying the course was hard. Albert did a great job and results came. I recommend Albert

Extremely dissatisfied. Overcharged for what he provided, should be refunded $175 of the $250 he charged.

"We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your service. We came out twice after normal business hours and didn't charge you the after-hours rate. Once on Thursday after 8pm for your initial assessment and again after 7pm on a Saturday. We had another appointment for Friday, which you decided to cancel at the last minute. We still came by in case you were home, but nobody answered the door. We are still willing to come out and help with your rodent situation at no additional charge if you will let us"
