Conducted business in a friendly but yet professional manner. I was pleased with each employee I came on contact with, they were knowledgeable in their field.

They arrived on time, they made sure everything was done correctly. The job was done correctly and took around 4 hrs to do but it depends on the size of the house

We were impressed with the 40 years experience and knowledge Mr.Quatro had. He was very nice. He answered all our questions. He communicated with me on arrival time. He also texted me to make sure we were confirmed. He was helpful in our termite situation. Gave us some tips on our wood flooring which was ruined by termites. Even the crew Mr Efram and another guy were very respectful, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. I truly was happy with Pestop overall. I would highly recommend this Termite service to anyone. I had a possum problem in my attic, but not anymore! Quatro was extremely helpful in catching the animal, as well as repairing the damage it had done and giving me very good advice on how to keep the from coming back. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I ever have another pest problem, he's the guy I'll call!

I had concerns about termites in my new home. Went to HomeAdvisor and the first company to call was PESTOP. Quatro set up a convenient time to meet at my home. He came out today, did a thorough inspection, and taught me a ton about termites and bugs. He informed me that I did not need service at this time, and even made suggestions regarding how to handle minor repairs needed on my home. How refreshing!!! Someone completely honest and not trying to milk me for services that I don't need! I have full faith in Quatro and his team and will certainly have him/them come out again if I have any issues that require their services!
