Electronic Pet Fence Installation
Wonderful! The service technician confirmed the appointment the night before installation and arrived promptly the next morning. He explained the electronics and how they work. We worked to find the best placement for my electronics monitor box since my garage does not have an outlet on an outside facing wall. The box was installed in my living room (my suggestion) under a table that sits on an outside facing wall and near an outlet. It is also hidden by a curtain, so it all works out. The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard! He usually waits for me at the front door :-) I'm so glad that we chose to have the fence installed to keep the rascal safe!

At first, I was a little skeptical that this would work for my 100 pound overly friendly pit/terrier mix. Zak is not vicious but I moved into a new neighborhood and they don't know that yet. The installer did the training with Zak after the install and showed me how to train him for the following week. Zak learned fast and now we can play "catch the ball" and frisby in the backyard. And I don't have to worry about him or my neighbors.

They made the 1 1/2 hrs treck to meet at my house at 7 am to go over their system. Worked install into their schedule to work with mine. On time and job complete with no issue on a very wooded lot. Installer even blew my leaves while there. Very professional throughout process.

Mike and his team are the best out there. I have been out of the country and had to contact Mike on a mistake I made and he quickly resolved the problem for me. He either sends his team or himself the day I call when weâ ve had a wire break to fix it so our 155 pound Alaskan Malamute will remain safe on our property. We leave over an hour from their home location office. I hired Pet Stop 5 years ago to install the fence and they also helped with the training. This has been a lifesaver for our dog and family! Top Quality and Service!

The Company came out, spent the time to discuss with us the various options, and explain the benefits of the different packages. Then upon installation, did a great job in getting it in quickly, so we could be up and running. My only criticism would be that I had discussed with them using an existing hole in the outside of the house, however they started drilling without consulting me and telling me they couldn't use the existing hole and had to drill another. While that may have been the necessary end result anyways, I would have preferred to be involved in the decision since what they did was not what we discussed. Overall, good Company to work with and very knowledgeable about their product and other product offerings available on the market.
