Honest evaluation of our heating system resulted in a tremendous saving in initial installation cost. Recommended a smaller unit. A larger company quoted a much larger unit based on size of unit installed 35 years ago. Their estimate was based on photos they ask me to send them with personal inspection. The first thing Pete did was a complete evaluation and make a recommendation . Pete and his helper completed everything in less than 8 hours, including clean up and removal of old unit. His work ethics saved us several thousand dollars. I would highly recommend Pete , He is prompt, very courteous, and thorough. Thanks Pete for a job well done.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Pete was very prompt. He was able to install a heat pump within days of giving us a quote. He and his helper had a complete system installed in about 8 hours. In addition he jump started my daughters car. I definitely recommend him.

WE CALLED PETE BRUBAKER HVAC ON 12-20 19 WITH NO HEAT.PETE RESPONDED THAT EVENING TO CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM,HE STATED THAT SINCE THE UNIT WAS 23 YRS OLD AND THAT THEIR WAS TO MUCH WRONG WITH THE UNIT,THAT IT SHOULD BE REPLACED.AFTER GETTING A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WE USED PETE WHO REPLACED THE UNIT 12-23-19 IT TOOK HIM APROX 4 HRS TO COMPLETE THE WHOLE JOB.HE WAS VERY PROFFSIONAL AND REMOVED THE OLD UNIT,ALSO HE WAS THE ONLY ONE ACCEPTED A DOWN PAYMENT FOR THE JOB SO YES I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 100% FOR WORKMANSHIP AND VERY GOOD SERVICE.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Pete replaced my old HVAC system with a new Propane forced air heating and central air conditioning in my home. This was done during the heatwave of 95 degree days. Removed the old system and installed the new with the air conditioning up and running the same day. During the installation process, Pete noticed a hidden vent pipe amongst the duct working that was allowing moisture to accumulate. This pipe served no purpose, Pete went onto the roof and capped the vent pipe to stop rain water entering my home. Great work, reasonably priced and kept me informed through out project. Highly recommended!

Pete Brubaker is very honest, friendly, polite, courteous and quick to respond. He keeps the job site clean and cleans up as he goes along. He doesn't rush thru his work to just slap the job together, he takes his time making sure it is done correctly. On top of the product warranty he adds his own warranty. That shows how much he backs his work and the product. I had to leave to run an errand and I felt completely at ease with leaving him in my house alone. He scored extra above and beyond points with me because he took the time to make fiends with my dog! I would completley recommend him to any and all that need his skills and services!

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Hired Pete to do a diagnostic on my heat pump. Turns out the motor was shot and needed to be replaced. He was quick, professional and affordable. He also provided updates on his progress while on the job. Couldn't have asked for anything more! I plan to have him back for routine maintenance and follow up for the AC unit in the spring.

Pete saved me 40% on a boiler and water heater install. He worked us in during the coldest spell of the year. You will have a hard time finding a more honest or friendly person. He is now our HVAC person. We moved from Chester county and were searching for a heater pro, no longer ,we found him!! Pete, thanks again!! We will call in spring to go over our A/C.

Pete is a great worker and his prices are very reasonable. However, if you need work done, I would get a completion date and specific duties included. We hired him for work at our church and he chose another job after he agreed to do the work and have it completed by that date. We had to hire another HVAC company to complete what he promised. Not happy at all with referring him to others. With Pete, I would get it in writing before paying any money.

I completed all the work i was paid to do , and i do feel badly about having to leave before completion but i could not afford to work for that highly reduced rate with other work available, i did apologize and explained the situation to him. Again I apologize i need to provide for my family first."
