Pete repaired a section of metal fascia that the wind had blown off and shingles on our shop. He was very professional, even came out on a Sunday to do the job. Was quick and we are very appreciative of his services. Would recommend him highly! Thank You!

Prompt response to inquiry. Came the next day and gave the bid. Started and completed the job the next day. I have a cedar shake roof that needed repair and maintenance. The job was done to and above my expectations at a price that was very acceptable. Everything was cleaned up after and the job site was left as it was before they started.

I had the work done in 2015 when he was in still operating in Maryland. It was awful. I had previously used him in 2005 and 2010 and was satisfied. I am now in the position of needing some work done in 2020 again and as a result it brings up the need to also tell my story. Pete and his brother (who sits in the truck) showed up and Pete spent two days on the roof power washing. The previous times he had a crew. I came home the second day, and he was supposedly done and waiting for the second half of his payment. It had rained a little so it was hard to tell if it was all cleaned. I pointed out some warped shingles that he had not done, and he and his brother replaced them as I watched. I was concerned still over the job, and he said that if I paid him the second half of the payment he would come back tomorrow and finish cleaning and shingle repair. He never came back nor ever responded to any calls. I then noticed that my windows on the front of the house were covered in oil. I then found three bags of trash in my woods with old shingles, fast food, and empty containers of chainsaw bar and chain oil. He sprayed my roof and windows with chainsaw oil! I then called the insurance company (he gave me a paper) and they said his insurance lapsed years go. I called the State of Maryland they said his contractors license expired years ago and that it was illegal for him to do work. They suggested I file a complaint. I did and when I showed up in court a few months later Pete did not. So the judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest which as far as I know is still in force in 2020. I still have three bags of his trash with the chainsaw oil containers evidence.

On time, on budget, cleaned up completely after done. Job well done.

For the product I was way overcharged.

Seems expensive, but the problem I faced with the roof seems to be solved. Only another rainy spring will answer the question about how the job went, but I am less worried now than I was before Pete's crew spent a day on top of my house.
