Job was going OK other than lots of damage to lawn. Near the end of the job, he asked me for more money because he had measured wrong (I had 2 prices lower than his but hired him because I thought he would be high-quality). When the job was over, he submitted a bill with the aditional charge. I told him I would pay him additional if he could show that he had not made several thousand dollars (He was not generally on the job). He told me he didn't have time to figure it out and became very angry and rude in my kitchen. 3 months later, cap shingles have blown off and he is refusing to replace them.I have hired another roofer to repair his work.

"All I can say is a very difficult person to deal with. Damage to the lawn was caused by the delivery driver and not anyone employed by me. Customer violated the terms of my contract by refusing to pay the balance of the contract and withheld the amount damaged to his lawn. Lumber company was willing to pay him but he refused. 99.9% of my clients are thrilled with our work but there is always someone you just can't please. Violating the terms of the contract disqualifies you for any warranty."

I had Russell Installations install a metal roof and I was very happy I hired them. I would hire them again. They did the job in the amount of time they told me it would take. Pete is truthful and easy to get in touch with. Not like so many other contractors. Great job. thanks.

Proper bid, good explanation of cost and of work schedule. Working through the most difficult weather conditions of the winter to finish the job in a timely manner. Proposed additional work for the project and thoroughly explained the need and the cost.

Overall excellent job, just one minor issue. Below a few of the windows the paint on the walls were scratched up, requiring us to do some touch up work on the walls. Other than that the price was good, workers were very freindly and professional. Price came in as stated and done in a timely fashion. I would definitely hire this crew again.

We anticipated some delays and they did occur. However that's the nature of the beast and beyond the builder's control. What was great was that we never asked a question in the form of a face-to-face or phone message that wasen't answered within 1 to 2 hours--at the MOST!!! Holly molley, what kind of builder is that?! Pete Russell was open, informative, understanding, empathetic and honest. Yea, you can tell we're happy with the work can't you?

Wow - Peter Russell and his crew did an outstanding job siding my home and installing gutters! I was most impressed by the professionalism from the detailed estimate to the personal thank you card! Pete and his crew were very professional - kept me well informed and were always there when they said they would be. Final price was somewhat higher than estimate, but still very reasonable. Quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend Pete, and will call him the next time I have a project.
