The owner was willing to speak with me on the phone and could pinpoint the source of my problem (gas stove would not heat correctly). He had me locate the serial number on my stove and said he would order the necessary part. The part came the next day and he came to my home the day after. The repair was done in 20 minutes. I have no way of comparing prices for appliance repairs, but I thought it was in the ballpark of reasonable. I especially appreciated his speaking with me on the phone and ordering the part before arriving at my home.

Showed up within that day, fixed it immediately and very fairly priced. Call them if you need ANY appliance fixed.

They were prompt and did very good work. The repair was quite expensive, but I have no way of evaluating whether it was out of line with what I would have had to pay someone else.

Peter was very accommodating and did things the right way. When we found my problem to be plumbing related, rather than go beyond his training, he recommended a high quality plumber. So many guys want to take shortcuts these days that I was thankful for his honesty and integrity. His repair was quick, thorough and he and his team did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I hired Peter because he was the first one who responded. He and his brother came promptly and spent about 30 minutes total to replace my Maytag clothes drier belt, vacuumed the drier then charged me $130.00( one hundred and thirty dollars!).
