Families have know each other for many years. Certain things I will give him a blank check for. Cant complain about anything he has done. Fair amount of experience with everything he does. Sometimes he might be a little higher on price but does great work. Great communication when he will be there and lets me know right away on his availability. Have recommended him to others in the past.

We have hired Peter multiple times for various projects around the house, from painting to plumbing to electrical... He is a great contractor to work with and he is very responsive. He accommodated our schedule, completed everything on time, and did a great job. He charges a little more than others, but we've certainly never had to hire someone else to fix his work (like some other "pros"), we trust him, and he's worth it. Thanks, Peter!

Pete Butz was amazing! We needed someone to complete a job. Our previous contractor ripped out our bath tub and was supposed to install a stall shower. He never came back. I contacted Pete. He came out to look at the job the evening I spoke with him. He arrived the next morning and in two days he had everything completed. His work was excellent and quick. I highly recommend him!

Peter did a great job. I would recommend him to others and I have already. Very detailed list of what everything would cost. When we wanted to add work on he sent a detailed quote that evening so there were no surprises in our cost before the work was done. We picked all of our supplies out and paid for them. He quoted just the work and construction supplies. It was the best way ever to control the cost. We could go high end or low end with the toilet, sink, cabinets, etc.Besides Peter being very professional. He is very easy going and fun to talk to....when you have a contractor in your home its nice to feel comfortable.

Peter provided an itemized list of the work we requested, the only contractor of the four that visited us. He was able to start the work within one day of our giving the 'go ahead' and the work was completed within two days. The work is done to our satisfaction and he even did a couple of other small items not origianlly requested. We will use Peter in the future and would recommend him highly to others looking for home improvements.
