    Great service and thorough. The service tech, Nico was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

    I think they way overcharged. I had an issue with a toilet not flushing. I had them come out once and use a drain augur that was reasonable only about $77. It didn’t really work the tech suggested that I have the toilet taking off and put a camera down there. He took the toilet off and used the camera there was no clog in the pipe the issue was the toilet. But the cost to put in a new toilet was $1,783 I understand the cost of a new toilet in the $400-$600 range but that is still over $1,0000 for labor and it was less than two hours of work. I was in a bind because I only have one bathroom and need a working toilet but I would highly recommend getting a quote from several plumbers if you have the time and aren’t in a bind.

    Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance.
