I normally don't leave reviews, but this guy is the worst of the worst. He replaced my broken ice maker with one that doesn't really work. I informed him afterwards that it's only making a small amount of ice. His response was that's the model that the dealer recommended and it's not his fault. I pleaded for him to come back and got no response. After looking online, I found and installed the correct icemaker myself. Upon the installation, I noticed that he forcibly installed the incorrect one by cutting and replacing the wires with electrical tape which is a fire hazard. He claimed to have over 20 yrs experience yet this hack job showed he has no idea what he's doing. This guy is a fake and very unprofessional. Stay away at all cost.

Peter Raymond responded within six hours of request to look situation over. Repaired all plus two others and replaced reasonable and to our satisfaction. Has not yet brought back warranty papers or instruction booklet on care but the season is on us and I appreciate the fast service.

Peter was quite informative and helpful. I have already recommended Peter to my family and friends. My only recommendation would be for Peter to start carrying an invoice book for customers, to offer them an official bill.
