The technician, Josh D., was professional, polite, and prompt. With the help of his efficient supervisor, he helped us on several different issues. My only question was the cost of the service, but that was not up to Josh. I purchased a "membership," and will wait to see whether that is a straight-up service several times a year or whether I am prodded to buy and repair by virtue of them checking things.

I contacted them because they have signs all over my surrounding properties. My bathroom drains have been clogged for a couple of months. A nice young lady came out to my property and ran a small rooter snake down through my toilet entrance, which I had already exposed. 50â she went and pulled the rooter out with a very small piece of toilet paper.. THAT was not the problem. She said she had a 100â snake in the van and she was going to get it and send it into my sewer problem. An hour later, she never returned to my house with her snake and after a brief conversation, she called another PBâ s employee to come to my house and run a camera down the pipe. 5 hours later and after another call, begging for someone to come to my home, so I could reset my toilet, another employee showed up and after sending his camera down my sewer, he declared were my line had collapsed and marked the spot with some small flags. He then gave me a quote to â fixâ the blockage #1 and/or replace the entire line, less than 100â . The repair quote was for over $5000 after my â discountâ and over $10000, with another discount, to replace the entire line. WELL, I TOLD HIM, NO WAY!!! To make a way to long response end. My septic tank issue was resolved by Royal Flush Plumbing in Anderson, In. at a cost of less than $1300, AND the blockage was not even where the Peterman representative said it was. BEWARE!!!!

Over priced.

The Peterman Brothers are liars. They came for annual cleaning and maintenance of our furnace, a furnace they themselves did $900 worth of work on 8 months ago, and said there was a litany of things that needed to be fixed to the tune of $5063! It is running! It is literally fine! This was routine maintenance that they make you sign up for, like $125/year to cut you deals if it breaks. Now I think it was weird because they told my mom similar issues were occurring with her furnace but that she had to replace it. The main issue was that it had a carbon monoxide leak. So she shelled out all her fortune and got a new one. They then did not list the gas leak on the paperwork, so her homeowner insurance did not cover it like they swore it would!!! We got a second opinion today from another company. Wait for it... $114 for a new capacitor because ours was the wrong size. There is literally nothing wrong with it! Now I am concerned that my poor mom was cheated! Not only that, half the things on their itemized list that did not show prices for anything were things they replaced 8 months ago themselves!!! Did I get cheated eight months ago too? I have heard of others being had by Peterman as well! I tried to write a poor review, but it will not let you give them a public negative review. It disappears and will not let you rate them! So I have a feeling the 4.8 rating is super curved to their liking.

They did not do what I told them to do the first time on site. They had to come back to do what I told them to do the first time.

Very knowledgable, gave me multiple options for the work, they were able to do the work around 12 hours after i put in the request and gave a tracking link so i didn't have to wait around. Tech was excellent, probably completely finished in around an hour, maybe a tad longer.

Got estimate for new AC and heating systems on Monday, it was installed on Tuesday. Highly recommend!!!

Worked quick to do the job

The service technicians Davenport Guyer and Piercy were prompt, informative and respectful of COVID protocols. They did such a great job we had them do the thermostat for the second unit in our Bldg. I hope this counts as two good reviews and the first positive experience led to the second which was good as well.

I had purchased the water heater myself. They charged me 1400,00 usd to install. I also had to go to the store to purchase an extension cord and adapter. The service man had the nerve to ask if I had a bonus for him , like a cold soda! I informed him I didn't drink soda as I am diabetic, but I did have bottled water which he refused. Is this the new way to provide a service? Also I think it was way overpriced!

It cost less for an upgrade Bryant AC unit their competition. Their terms were far and away better than a competitor. Ths salesman had integrity and the install crew arrived the very next day. The installers went above and beyond what was expected to fix problems that they didn't create but were needed for a successful installation.

Job was started and completed just as they stated. Great communication. Awesome customer service. Overall a excellent experience.

Communication was excellent. They were on time. I felt like they respected my home. They completed job quickly.

The installer was Austin. He was very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things. He took care of our Easy Water system too. I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
