JOSE and VICTOR showed up on time ready to work....toilet leak was caused by wax seal, they removed toilet, replaced seal and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards....my toilet works great now. They were knowledgeable, cheerful, and efficient. Thanks Peters Plumbing!

I hired Peter Plumbing back in Aug 2020. After several attempts and charging me for all the work they had done that didn't fix the problem I was having, they at least had the courtesy to tell me they would write up a report and record a video to prove what the problem was so that I can escalate to my HOA. I followed up about once a week from Aug 202 where I was constantly promised a callback, yet no one ever called back. Finally, on Jan 4th, I threatened to report them to the Better Business Berura and I received a call from the manager who had come to do the video of my pipes and had told me he would be sending me the report and video. Now he is saying that the video costs $300 and they no longer have it in their possession, so they would have to come to do it again. The manager said that he doesn't want to get into he said she said and that there is nothing he can do. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism with their invoices, it was really my word against theirs. I spend over $1,500 did not fix the problem and have no documentation or evidence of the work they did and/or what the problem is. Back to square one... I would not recommend this company. If you do decide to hire them, please make sure that you have in writing upfront what they are committing to - because apparently they customers the word is not enough.

I live in NY, and the work was being done in Florida. They were very good in the initial phase of coming out to provide an estimate and dealing with the Homeowners Association. When they came to do the work, they ran into a problem and could not complete the work as contracted. They did not contact me to tell me this and never explained why. They then proceeded to bill the full amount. Only after I pointed out that they were charging me for work they had not done did they reduce their invoice.

Peter is very awful, he scam people. broke my garbage disposal. The sink is a mess and it stinks from food in disposal.

I hired this company for a shower leakage. After paying 1,200 usd, on a new valve + labor, the leakage was still unresolved, because they said I needed to change a second valve, which I refused to pay. So, I hired a second plumber who showed me how the first valve was improperly placed by this companyâ s plumber The valve ring was torn, causing the leakage to continue. Also, I found out from the second plumber that the valve was actually FREE when ordered directly to the manufacturer under a parts warranty. I still canâ t believe I had paid all that money for a free part and still have the leakage!! And by the way I had to file a false claim with my insurance co. because the plumber from this Co. first said I had a massive leakage, which turned out to be false. A lot of improvisation and trial and error from this company.

They do not know what they are doing; they were looking for a D box and could not find it because they do not have the patience to look for it. It was there and I had to look and find it after they left my property.

To say very disappointed is an understatement, I did chat with one of your customer service representatives Royers who told me he was going to escalate my complaint. I have been using your service for sometime now this was the first time I have been completely dissatisfied. The problem is it was a crucial problem and I was left helpless, because instead of fixing the problem, the plumber they sent made the situation worse and they charged me for doing basically nothing. I had to hire other contractor who actually fixed for 150.00 I wasted 250.00 on this company for not fixing anything.
