They worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the service and performed everything in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with them. The only issue was that when we had our drywall fixed, the person repairing the drywall told us that the wiring installers could have cut the holes and lines a little straighter so that it would have been easier to patch the drywall.

The work was not completed. I paid for the service and the televisions still d o not receive all stations. I left several messages for Peterson Services, no reply. I now need to hire another company to complete the work. totally unsatisfactory.

They quoted $250 for the job and charged close to $475 because they said they couldn't complete within an hour and didn't have the proper screws. They said they overcharged us but we haven't received a refund check and it has been two weeks now, and even with the refund it will be more than $100 more than quoted.
