Peterson Flooring & Remodeling

I contacted Mr. Quinton Peterson about installing vinyl flooring in my kitchen. Two of his workers arrived at my home without Mr. Peterson accompanying them. My kitchen is approximately 300 square feet and they did not finish until after 5pm. They were instructed to use the quarter round that was already in place, which they did but instead of putting the pieces back where they were, they cut them up causing them to not have enough, leaving areas with nothing there. The vinyl was cut unevenly, leaving the linoleum showing in some places, in others the vinyl was so uneven that there was nothing for the threshold to adhere to. They hot glued the transition strips so poorly that you could see the glue and damaged the vinyl that was in the other room. They also damaged the sheetrock in the pantry. They removed the metal brush door sweep and laid it up next to the door instead of reinstalling it leaving nails and screws on the floor. I voiced my concern to Mr. Peterson, who then arrived at my home to see for himself. I went ahead and paid what we had agreed upon with the assurance that HE would come back and make the necessary repairs. After not hearing from him, I contacted him again regarding the repairs needed. He said that he would fix it, unfortunately I never heard from him again and had to hire someone else to do the repairs.

Mr. Peterson is seriously one of the most polite and genuine people you will ever meet. He is a pleasure to work with and he and his guys work very hard. You wont find better customer service with anyone else! My wife and I really enjoyed working with him, by the end of the job we considered him a friend. Thank you Mr. Peterson!

Also had them move me. Many things were damaged or broken and I didn't find out until after I was moved. They asked for half of the payment when they began, and the other half the following day when it was completed. However, half of the payment was given at the time of arrival, and I was damanded of the other half the same day, even though I had reached my maximum daily withdrawal and could not talk to a bank teller on a Saturday. It's all a case of bad service, honestly.

On time, good service, knowledgeable, an very reasonable. I would call them again if needed.

Every single employee was willing to go above and beyond. And, for me they did exactly that. Very friendly and courteous.

I used HomeAdvisor.com to find flooring professionals who could install pre-purchased materials (muffler, laminate, and re-attach baseboard molding) in three bedrooms. Within minutes of hitting 'Submit', I received a call from Mr. Peterson. "Ms Jessica", he says. Ever since then, the polite, respectful exchange remained, "Mr. Peterson", "Ms. Jessica". Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the work completed. The floor runs seamlessly throughout all three rooms. There was not a big mess while they worked and they left all rooms clean. I would definitely recommend Mr. Peterson. Thank you!

Great experience

Mr. Peterson was extremely polite and professional. My sister and I recently moved into an apartment and we needed ceiling fans and lights in multiple rooms. There turned out to be a problem with the wiring in one room and he went out of his way to figure it out and fix it although that was beyond the scope of what I had asked him to do. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and we definitely intend to have him back for other little projects. Mr. Peterson's prices were quite reasonable.
