Quick to respond and installation went smoothly.

They did a good job, I had a simple repair on the toi;et but the faucet handle that was leaking needed a replacement cartrige to fix a leak and was more than 10 years old and I didn't have accurate info on manufacturer or model, so this couldn't be fixed at this time - my fault not theirs

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins "finer " moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

I've never had to hire a plumber and was a little skeptical, but Pete's Plumbing was so great! I got two estimates and Pete's Plumbing seemed very knowledgable and actually looked into the issue instead of throwing out a high estimate. Things turned out better than I thought, and I will hire them for all my future plumbing needs!

They helped us with a rental property. Not only were they very professional, they were very accommodating with the tenants. Did a great job too!

Matthew arrived and commenced working and did all the plumbing, etc. to my liking. He's very efficient and hard working. Will rely on Pete's Plumbing for future work.

Pete's was by far the lowest estimate and was very up front on the work to be performed. Justin, the plumber, was amazing, professional and very friendly. The work was perfect and the work area was completely cleaned up afterwards.

Pete's Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. We had just bought this nearly 100-yr-old house, knowing that there was a large drain leak under the home that needed to get repaired per the home inspection. Pete's Plumbing reached out to us right away and setting up the appointment was easy; we were also glad to know that they had many years of experience with older homes in the area. When Justin arrived, he took a thorough review of what was going on under the house along with an issue we were having with a bathtub faucet. He showed me pictures of the problem areas in the crawl space and drew me a diagram of which sections of cast iron pipe he proposed replacing and why. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything without coming off as condescending or insulting my intelligence, and he was happy to answer any questions I had (I like to make sure I understand the issue as much as possible when considering a proposed repair, especially a potentially costly one!). As a woman, I've got to say that is a really refreshing quality in a contractor. The quote provided for the work was very good and competitive compared to others I'd already gotten and he explained what factors drove the cost. Once I accepted, we booked the work and the guys arrived on time and did a great job. All was coordinated - I was given a heads up whenever they were on the way, and got advanced notice when I wouldn't be able to use the water in the house (I work from home so this was appreciated), and Justin followed up with me at the end of the job to make sure I was satisfied, showing me the cast iron piece of pipe that was taken out, all full of cracks and holes! The leaky bathtub faucet was a trickier animal, because the brand & model was not apparent and the parts were not common, but Justin did his homework to research where to get the right repair part, rather than just give up and have me replace the whole thing for more money. Again, he took the faucet apart and physically showed me exactly what was causing the problem, and then quickly fixed it right up once we had the parts. In summary, Pete's Plumbing was honest, courteous, reliable, proficient, and affordable. I can't really think of any cons.

This young man inherited his grandfather's company. He came out fixed a leak behind my shower wall. This leak was worked on twice before by two different certified plummers. Well he found the original leak, fixed it and installed a garbage disposal all in less than an hour. Professional and very reasonable. Thank you.

From initial phone call to completion of repair was less than 3 hours, instant gratification I say. What was thought to be a just running toilet turned out to also be an old leaking pipe under the house. Justin was very communicative through the whole process as I could not be there myself. He sent images, gave me options and pricing on the spot along with info on how to possibly get a credit with the utility company. Highly recommend him.
