Update 09/04: Though I am pleased with the products the contractor used for the epoxy floor coating job for the garage storage room, the lack of communication response from him for months trying to get the job fixed/repaired was disappointing.

Happy to recommend Jim and Petra Guard for work in this area (Louisville, CO). His was the middle quote for my garage floor. Jim explained the whole process thoroughly and answered all my questions before writing up the quote and he completed the job in the day and a half he promised. Garage floor looks great and will be a selling feature for us next year when we downsize. Jim is a very friendly, outgoing guy and also a fellow veteran.

I've been dealing with several contractors lately. Kevin has been one of the best. Called me right away, scheduled an estimate quickly and was able to start within my time frame. Throughout the entire process he was very communicative. We had to change the scope of the project in the middle due to unforseen damages to my concrete. I was given options and walked through each one. I'm extremely pleased with the service and the product. We had the carpet removed in our basement and replaced with epoxy coating. The end result looks amazing!

I contacted this service after the first choice did not show up on the agreed date and they came out the same day I called even after it was late morning. The lawb care specialist did a complete job in just over 1 1/2 hours and we were satisfied with the results. All in all, a very good job on same day service.
