This company was a joke! They did a horrible job, left a big mess behind, then came back to apologize, fix their horrible job, and clean up their mess and the job was still sub-par. Would NOT recommend this company!

Petrali Pro Services are very professional and efficient. They contacted me almost as soon as I was finished with my Homeadvisor ad. We set up an appointment for Carpet cleaning services and they were able to complete the job same day. The results were phenomenal, I would highly recommend anyone go with Petrali. If I ever need anything else I will definitely be using them again.

Very responsive, showed up when scheduled. I had them clean the stairs, short hallway, master bedroom, sofa, loveseat and chair. The carpet is several years old and has never been professionally cleaned. They told me beforehand of areas they thought they wouldn't be able to get clean because of the age and breakdown of the carpet fibers. The carpet and furniture look fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Very responsive and prompt. Restoration work looks great - carpet reinstalled quickly and without incident. Will have to come back and work on some spots that did not come up the first time.

They are very knowledgeable, and explain everything to you, including how to keep your carpeting looking like new, it is amazing. My carpets still smell and look amazing. They are very professional, reliable, very respectful of the homeowners property, surroundings and their pets. They are very detail oriented, they vacuum and move the furniture for you, they get up all the pet hair and stains. Your carpet will look and smell amazing and it is restored to almost new. His work is guaranteed, if any stain comes back he will return and redo problem area. They also do wood floors and interior detailing of you vehicle. They are one of a kind, you will not find a better contractor in this business.
