This is the second time I hired Todd. He came in an emergency about eight years ago. He was quick, efficient,friendly and affordable. It was no different this time. He assessed the problem, fixed it and advised me of a possible future problem that I was unaware of.

All around good experience!

Called Petrovic to install 3 simple bathroom faucets after the installation of new countertops. I was supplying the hardware and all that needed to be done was to hook them up to existing plumbing. The quote for the three hookups was $765. He was clearly attempting to take advantage of the fact that my elderly in-laws were in a jam and needed quick service. Do not do business with this guy....he is a rip-off artist.

Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable plumber! I had an emergency and he came within an hour, the day before Christmas! Highly recommended this trustworthy and hard working professional.

Initial call was quick. He was able to get to the job the same day. In spite of some complications, he stayed late until the job was finished. And the price was "right."

I am still waiting to receive his business card.....as is the office for 214 units

They were able to come out very fast, right after another plumbing service from home advisor quoted us 1300 to replace our water heater without even looking at the water heater elements. Petrovic was able to fix my water heater settings so there is finally hot water. Was able to fix it for 130 instead of just replacing for 1300. Outstanding service!

I'm sorry to say my new water heater was not level after my plumber installed it. It is still slightly tilting and slightly leaning against the wall. I also had to call an electrician to finish up the electrical part of the job because the plumber kept getting shocked. I understand this completely, but he should have knocked $60.00 off the installation cost because that's what it cost me to get an electrician to come out the next day to flip the breaker and hook it up. I also asked for an itemized statement for the water heater installation service and still have not received one. I hate to give anyone a bad shake, but I feel he should have followed up with me since he knew I was worried about the tilting situation. It just wasn't a very professional job. I'm sorry. I'm sure he's a nice gentleman, but I wasn't happy with the job.
