Very professional. Did a wonderful job

Hired to re-grout all tile in master bath. Did not complete the job, but demanded full payment. Damaged more than 50 tiles, which are irreplaceable. Brought a helper who he left alone to work for hours, both took multiple breaks throughout the day and dragged the work out for weeks. Used a drill to remove grout, which is how tiles were damaged. Demanded full pay, even though refused to do the tile floor. Afterward, we had to hire someone else, an expert who works for a builder, to re-do the grout. This person charged 50% less than Peyton Elliot. We asked for a refund from Peyton Elliot, which he said he would give us as he admitted that he was in over his head and did not know what he was doing. After 6 months he has only returned 1/9 of the payment. The expert we hired afterward told us that you never use a drill to remove the grout, you scrape it by hand, and this is how our tiles were chipped and cut up.

This company exceeded my expectations. I believe the new improvements really help sell my home. I highly recommend this company.

Peyton completed a full master bath remodel, a tile backsplash in our kitchen, and several other misc. items throughout our home. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work he completed. We will be sure to reach out to him for any future projects we decide to complete in our home.
