This was a very different experience for us, as we never had to use a professional contractor before. David Clements of Phase 1 Builders, Inc. listened to all of our ideas, and what our desires were for our project, and came up with a wonderful design plan. He has a wonderful team of professionals who took great pains to do everything correctly and to see that we were happy and satisfied. Needless to say, they exceeded our expectations, we have a beautifully remodeled master bath, and we certainly would have him to do other remodeling projects in the future. Great people, great company! Thank You!

David Clements was contracted to build out and dry-in an 860 square foot addition .He and his crew were efficient in their work schedule and professional to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Birmingham area for this type of work.
