    I hired Karl to do my kitchen upgrade and I am so happy a few years afterwards! Karl and his worker was very professional and was always on time. I trusted them with every detail of the project. I had them to even spruce up my small guest bathroom with funds leftover. I highly recommend Karl for any project and will definitely be using his service for future home projects.

    Karl Williams and his team did an excellent job renovating and remodeling my basement after a flood. They did such a great job I hired them to remodel my master bathroom and powder room.     I hired Karl from Phase Construction to build a Gazabo with a concrete foundation. Karl did a wonderful job, he paid attention to every detail , we could not ask for more. We're enjoying many happy wonderful hours in our Gazebo even when it's raining. We will definitely be using Phase Construction in the future. Thank you Karl for a surpurb job. I highly recommend Phase Construction . Pricing was very reasonable.

    I hired Phase Construction based on the reviews I've read about them. Now I am joining the other reviewers with a "5" rating for the job Phase Construction did for my apartment. They helped with bathroom, kitchen remodeling, wood floors and tiles installation. It was a big task that was excellently solved by Mr. Williams, Phase Construction. He always came with good advice, reasonable price and great work. I would hire them again for any house projects. Thank you.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
