Did an ok job, but spilled oil all over my floor - the room smelled like heating oil - had to air it out for like 3 days. Also when pouring excess oil back to my tank, spilled it all over the tank and did not even clean it up. Kind of disappointing? Update: 2 months later one of the hoses that the technician had to disconnect to perform the tune-up of my oil furnace started to leak. I called the company to have them come in and fix it. They told me that it will cost me $175 service call fee plus the cost of parts and labor. The leak was not there before Phase II technician touched the unit. It is obviously the result of them working on the unit and should be covered and free of charge. This is definitely NOT the way they should conduct the business. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP!

Wonderful experience with a very skilled technician to replace a 4 zone thermostat that is no longer available. Our problem was resolved in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way.

Robert is fantastic! You can see that he takes great pride in his work! He is a truly a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job of removing an old oil burning furnace and installing a new gas furnace. Thorough, neat, professional - and friendly, too! I highly recommend Phase II Development!

Robert G. is a true Professional. We had a furnace down situation due to failed control board. Robert came on time and performed a diligent diagnostic and explained me the problem. His price for repair was very reasonable and issue been fixed in a couple of hours. Job was done in very a professional matter. I will definitely recommend Robert to my friends and neighbors. Robert did a phenomenal job. He showed up on time and came well prepared to handle the repair to my burner. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how to prevent any issues from reoccurring before my next maintenance is due. Would definitely use Phase II Development in the future.
