This is my first spray of the year. I went with the yearly treatment plan wich is reasonably priced. The technician was professional and did a thorough job.

First of all they came on time. The young man that came to my home was very personable and knowlegeable. He took care of my problem, wasp nest. I am very pleased with the initial service provided. I did get a service contract and they will be coming to me home again.

Phenom took care of the yellowjackets in the wall of my home. I was worried that the wall would need to be deconstructed but IT DIDN"T! They were able to rid me of them in the first attempt. Great job.

The salespeople were dishonest about the cost to get you to sign up, and then when we were charged the additional cost they did not tell us about, they threaten to report us to a credit agency. They would not return phone calls to discuss the account. Terrible people who run this company!

Didn't actually need his services but he was very honest and helpful! I will definitely use his company if I ever need it.

Upon speaking with a representative from the company, I was told that they would come out and give us an estimate. Instead they came out and completed the project without a final approval. Job was effective, but I was not pleased with the fact that the work was completed without the go ahead from me or my husband.

Phenom did a good job of getting rid of ants at our home. There are two entry points that they did not cover in their first visit. We are calling them back to complete the job.

They resolved a situation with carpenter bees that an earlier company had not fully treated or explained. it's nice to work with a company that is interested in customer satisfaction, long-term business and referrals!

I had to have my house sprayed for fleas & ticks for our "move out" we had no fleas or ticks ( ever) but these folks made this unnecessary service easy to arrange and gave me the best price. Super nice and efficient
