They arrived at the appointment time within 10 minutes I was educated on some options and was recommended in new technology, heat exchanger with available rebates I chose that product and itâ s been performing beautifully I was given a estimate of completion time Oh, so I went out to see how they were doing and the job including clean up was done to the minute Iâ ve been a contractor for 25 years and recognize quality work

I called Barnette Plumbing to replace our kitchen faucet. I was able to get my appointment moved up two days due to an earlier opening in their schedule which they promptly called to advised me of. Our technician Matt arrived literally within an hour of my conversation with the scheduler. Matt took a look at our faucet and offered me two options for the replacement and provided the pros and cons of each choice. He was friendly, informative and quick. He did a great job and was very neat with his work. Matt also happily gave me good advice regarding other work I am considering having done in my kitchen. I’ve used Barnett Plumbing for several years and would not entrust my plumbing repairs and service to any other company. Way to go Matt!
