Sought out Phil Long Construction from their great Home Advisor reviews. From start to finish, quote to project completion, we were completely satisfied. Tore off old rotted cedar siding to replace with vinyl, tore off old porch roof and replaced with metal roof, outdoor electrical outlets replaced, dryer & kitchen exhaust vents replaced. Daily clean up took place. Work area well organized and cared for. Time and care were taken, this was not a quick in and out job. We appreciated the communication back and forth regarding details. Very competent, professional and friendly workers. They were great to work with and we will be hiring them again for more home renovations.

Phil and his crew did a great job removing soffit, posts and gutters and reinstalling new soffit, aluminum posts which my wife wanted and gutters I would recommend Phil Long to my family and friends a great job at a fair price.

Persistence Pays off- I got 30 estimates before I hired Phil Long to replace the siding on my 110 year old home. Everything is perfect. I can't say enough about the workmanship. And, you should've seen how they fixed the rotting wood in the garage so I could get new garage doors! No one and I am genuine when I say no one could do a better job. I have 30 previous estimates to prove it!
