Estimate was reasonable and properly documented. As the job expanded into additional work, I received timely updates showing new costs, payments, balance due. The drywall work, as originally specified, solved both structural and cosmetic problems. Painting work was added to the job, and all of that went very well. The key seemed to be good preparation of the surfaces, and the use of good materials.
