Philip A. Gomez, Architect, has the experience and knowledge necessary to make sure that your design and drawings are completed on time, with the utmost quality, and according to your needs and instructions. We will assist you in the design of your new or renovated space, always attending to your wishes with an eye on the bottom line. Our years of custom design for new and remodeled spaces in both the residential and commercial markets have given us the knowledge and skills needed to insure that your project is a success. We do charge $100 for an initial site visit and travel fee, which will be deducted from your initial payment should you choose us for your architect. At this time we can only accept projects with a construction budget of $50.000 or more. We are available anytime for phone consultation.
