It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with Phillip. He was always on time and ready to go. He finished our floors with no problems and we couldn't be happier. He does a great job. I would highly recommend Phillip to anyone. I'm definitely keeping his card for future remodels.

I am taking this time to express my gratitude for the work Phillip and Darrin undertook on My Mothers home. The repairs had many unforeseen problems which could not be accounted for due to the age of the home, and as things progressed, I became concerned that the repairs would exceed the quote Phil supplied to me. My Mothers health and finances could not afford more than we agreed to. When speaking with Phil of my concerns, because the house was revealing some extra care needs, he reminded me that if things change, he would speak with me before moving forward. Surprisingly that time never came. I believe they went above and beyond in their effort to assist us at this difficult time. Phil had fully informed me of costs, provided me with a signed contract and presented it to me prior to beginning the job, as well as the date he would be finished. I am especially grateful for the way Phil coordinated his workplan with me, his Master carpenter Darrin and the Plumber. Phil communicated to me every day before he shut down on the plan for the next day, and always showed up a little earlier. He assured me that when he starts a job, he does not start another until his current job was complete and kept his word. Phil and Darrin were amazingly professional, they cleaned up at the end of every day, They called me when they said they would and finished our home a day earlier than projected. I would recommend Phillip Thorgrimsen Construction to anyone as a Skilled, Honest and Extremely Organized business, with whom it was a real pleasure doing business with.

I was impressed with everything. Phil made sure everything around the house was clean and it was just perfect.

He showed up on time, gave an estimate, completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, was polite and careful. Moved and replaced all furniture and rug. Stuck with his estimate with no "add -ons." I had a weather related flood and am still trying to get my furnace and fireplace repaired so I don't have a repeat flood so that first sentence is the most important.
