I have been in the construction profession for 39 years. I have worked in all phases of residential construction and remodeling. I take pride in my projects and I use skilled subcontractors. I use no illegal immigrants! I expect my workers to be professional in all areas. I use only quality products. Please own your property before you contact me to give you an estimate. If you want an estimate before you purchase a property, then expect to be charged for my time and vehicle! This is my livelihood and there are expenses to operating a vehicle... My wife is in a nursing home and requires my attention. I have periods of bad health too! Sometimes estimates are delayed, because my family comes first ! I will let you know, once I look at your project, when to expect an estimate. I do not give estimates off the top of my head, so no ball park estimates !

Raymond went above and beyond when he we hired him to repair the leak in our roof (that no other roofing company could find). Ray's men found the leak and repaired it. We have a warranty on their work, and Ray also communicated with us SO much more than any of the other roofing contractors did. He did what he said he would do. We were advised to look out for any more leaks, but we have a one year warranty on their work. Ray was like the medicine that God used to heal the "wound" that was inflicted on us when this horrible and difficult journey started. You won't go wrong if you choose Ray.

I chose to work with Ray Phillips after reading several of his customer reviews. The previous work done to repair my metal roof was done incorrectly (by another company), and I needed someone to be very thorough in evaluating the project. Ray met and exceeded my expectations in every way -- he held to his original cost estimate (actually came in a bit under), the project began and ended on time and his crew was friendly, hard working and respectful. I hired Ray after reading a number of his customer reviews. Like some others, I had experienced disappointment in a previous contractor who had replaced a portion of my metal roof. Ray was 100% honest, courteous and respectful as were his workers, Derek, Robert and "Brother". The project both began and ended on time and it was a pleasure having Ray and his professional staff on site at my home. I have every reason to believe my home will be dry from this point forward! :-)

I have lived a nightmare for last 5 yrs , with other contractors. False promises,shitty craftsmanship,hell I wouldn't even call the work Ive had done crafty! Finally , I found ray Phillips and his crew ! These guys are wonderful. They take their time and do a very good job! These guys did more than roofing for me,they replaced the siding on my house with hardy plank and painted , they also replaced a round window that had been installed without a window kit with a new window and it looks beautiful. I am going to have these guys back to tear out and rebuild my L shaped porch . I trust Ray!

I submitted the work request and Mr. Phillips called me back in less than 5 minutes. He had a crew near my house and had them stop by to check out my roof. They found the leak quickly and had my roof fixed before the day was out. Extremely impressed with their knowledge and work. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
