Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

I hired Jay to do a garage to bedroom conversion. I paid him 1/2 of the bid upfront.($7400.00) This man took my money and did not finish the job or return my phone calls. He only done about 5-10% of the work and had about $390 on location. They little work he did do was such poor quality it had to be ripped up and redone. I don't believe he is trustworthy or professional. I had to give him 1/2 star to submit this review, trust me he's not worth that!

He promised my house would be painted in 2 weeks after 6 weeks of excuses. I asked for my money back and he said no problem he would put it in the mail, I have not received it and I reach out to him and he does not answer my calls or texts. It took me 3 months to save the money. I do not recommend paying this man upfront, I was really expecting better things from this company, he promised he would take care of me, after another contractor did me wrong. He came into my house and used the restroom knowing it did not work unauthorized.
