Central A/C - Install
Installation went fine and on time. I'm still not sure whether we were given a correct size for our house as everyone quoted us with a different size and then bashed the quotes of the other guys. Phillips gave us a discount since it was the end of the season, and they didn't try to pressure sell us into add-ons ew didn't want, which is why we finally went with them.

I was very pleased with the work done on our vents. They were willing to give a discount when I asked for several services to be done at the same time. They also serviced our heater and a/c and explained the use of our April air purifier and humidifier. The Technician was very knowlegable and informative of the appliances we have. I would use them again.

Central A/C - Install
This was a Unico system so it was very expensive- no matter who installed it. Phillips Co (Kevin Phillips) was the only contractor who measured everything- windows, insulation etc. to do a complete load calculation. Most of the others seemed to guess at the size system needed. Phillips Heating & AC gave me exactly as promised and on time. It is now starting to get hot so we will see how well the system works. So far so good.

Phillips H/A did a wonderful job. The quality of workmenship was great and the communications with the owner and installer never let up. I was highly pleased with the service that Phillips H/A provided. I will use them again when this type of work is needed.
