Quick, responsive and reasonable!

He took time out of his evening to come fix my clients swamp cooler. It was urgent and he came and fixed it within 30 minutes of being there. He is reliable, knowledgeable and I will recommend him to our clients in the future.

My home was built early 1900s and was in desperate need of HVAC. Phil was able to complete my job, including unforeseen complications in 3 days for a full HVAC install to include wiring, gas work, roof mounting, and ducting. Phil went out of his way to ensure my home was equipped with properly running HVAC for the summer. The work done is nothing short of perfect, and Phil is knowledgeable and an expert in his trade. Phil was punctual, courteous, professional, and personable. The approach taken was very matter of fact, no BS, this is the plan. Even when running into a drop ceiling that included an additional layer of lathe and plaster, sheetrock, and the updated ceiling - Phil laid out the problem and tackled it immediately until the job was done. I was kept looped in every step of the way of what exactly what was going on from start to cleanup, leaving me with no questions or worries. I cannot write enough about the positive experience my family had and vehemently recommend the company for all work.

Mr. Phillips is the best I have seen in my experiences with my Dryer's Vent cleaning. Professional Customer Service, Clean job performance, time limited. Inspecting the roof-down and them from the bottom-up. I think, this had the best cleaning to my laundry room. He is doing what he likes to do. Thantsssss

Phil was all about customer service, getting the job done on the first shot and making sure his clients are safe. He found a couple dangerous area's in my attic that I would have never seen. I will be inviting him out a couple times a year to give my heating and air a check-up and all clear. Thank you Phil!!

Phil the technician was very prompt and courteous when he arrived, we chatted for a few moments and then right to work. The job was done fairly quickly and I am highly satisfied with the work that was done, I would recommend Phillips Mechanical, Inc. to others.

Been building construction projects for about 25 years, and hired Phil to diagnose furnace issue and get heat again. He knew gas, circuitry, and admit to being VERY impressed by not only Phil's knowledge, but his professionalism and care for doing something right. Definitely recommend (as I will do) Phillips Mechanical, and know Phil will be our choice for changing AC and furnace, when necessary.

Phil was excellent, courteous and professional. Outstanding customer service.

Phil was so helpful and recommended the most cost effective solution. We had had 3 other companies come out to look at the unit and recommend expensive solutions. Phil found a way to repair at less than 20% of the other quotes. He went out of his way to find the necessary parts and we could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning assistance.

This is a one man business! Charges 200/hour and did not quite complete my work. He said my thermostat was wired improperly and will come back later to install a new thermostat for which he wanted me to pay another 130! I thought he was a very greedy fellow!
