I've never worked with a contractor more reliable and communicative than Ryan Phillips. After reaching out to several local contractors and not hearing back, I finally came across Ryan's business. He replied to my inquiry immediately and came out the same day to assess our job and sent the estimate by the next morning. He took into account all our needs and was able to secure a fabulous deal on some beautiful new flooring. Bottom line, Ryan did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was extremely responsive, texting me updates each day. On the day he was planning to start the work, he had some trouble with his vehicle. While most people would just cancel or reschedule, he went out of this way to rent a Uhaul truck to be able to deliver the materials and start the work on time. Ryan was courteous and respectful of our space and very kind to our children. The room he renovated for us was central to the house so despite his best efforts to contain the dust, we tracked it through the house. In response, Ryan's wife who owns a professional cleaning business came over to mop all the floors for us. I can't offer a stronger recommendation. Contact Phillips Quartz and Cabinets today!

I hired Phillips Quartz and Cabinets to finish a job left undone by another contractor. They completed the job in a timely manner and well-within budget. After my previous experience with sub-par contractors, their workmanship and integrity during the whole process was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Ryan for rebuilding both our home and our faith in contractors. You're a class act.

I find it very unfortunate that i feel compelled to write this review. Its been just a little over 10 months since Ryan the owner of (Phillips Quartz and Cabinets) has completed the job at my home and i have had numerous issues with cracked tiles, grout popping out, and just overall poor workmanship. I have reached out to Ryan multiple times (more than a dozen) in hopes to having him come back to repair the items of concern. Ryan did reply to one of my messages and indicated he would reach out to me the very next day to schedule, unfortunately this did not happen and many weeks have gone by since with no acknowledgement / communication from Ryan. I can understand and accept that their may be some issues with any work contracted out, however to ignore and walk away from a customer is not acceptable. I had not submitted a review prior as I felt it was only fair to give Ryan the opportunity to correct the issues. Given Ryan is unwilling to stand behind his work, or communicate with a customer he has left me no choice but to seek other avenues. UPDATE... The response Ryan (Phillips Quartz and Cabinets) provided is not accurate in anyway. To be clear, I have made many attempts to communicate with Ryan in regards to the issues with the tile job by way of text messaging in which they conveniently left out (Please see attachments for verification) with few, but some responses from Ryan to indicate the number I was using indeed was correct and valid for Ryan. Yes I did have a conversation with Ryan in the garage to his absence on the job as his employees were making reference and complaining that they did not currently have the skill set for such a project as they were fairly new to the trade and left alone. The reason the job took an additional 3 weeks to complete was largely a result of Ryan not being present on the job site as well as many days not showing up at all. In regards to the thresholds, Phillips Quartz and Cabinets did not install them, I did as Ryan is well aware. Given I as a customer reached out over 15 times on the most recent repair, with very little response speaks volumes. Ryan responded on 9/15 as well as 10/22 indicating he will reach out once he gets home to schedule. Its also important to note Ryan was paid in full the day of completion of the job. Also he was paid additional money that was never discussed prior with no hesitation. Unfortunately Ryan gave me no choice but to leave a negative review given his complete disregard for the customer.

Their work is impeccable, and they won’t leave your place until it’s perfect. They tackle projects big and small, and can always work with your timeline. As a kitchen designer you need a reliable cabinet installer to recommend to your customer and Ryan is this and way more. I would trust Ryan with any home renovation in my own house. He truly is a jack of all trades. Ryan has always been timely and professional. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He has very reasonable rates and is my top choice!
