I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Phils drain company. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and responsive. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they made sure everything was completed correctly the first time. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job, and left everything in excellent condition. It's r refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Phil and Penny took care of researching the best product for our needs, located the best priced item, and picked it up. Once opened, it was discovered to be damaged. Phil called the supplier coordinated returning it and picked up a new one. They were both very customer oriented. Great team, great company!

Came out on a Sunday, gave me an estimate which was extremely reasonable. They completed the work the same day, installed a hot water tank. Very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
