Phil is fast, on time, knows his trade, no excuses/equivocations/cancellations. He applied tape/compound to 2 bathrooms 1/2 dining room 1/2 kitchen in my 1880s house revovation--glad I hired him. Saved me weeks of DIY time. Did I mention fast? Don't hire a handyman, get a specialist, the hourly rate works out better when they actually know their trade. A+
