Phil did a great job with the installation of a playground equipment in the backyard - he cleaned up the mass after himself, the did the job promptly, he was very polite, and the price was very reasonable. The only thing, I am withdrawing one star, is because he was supposed to follow up next day with a little detail, and he never did, I did make a mistake of paying him before he finished the small detail of applying a certain coating on the cement that he recommended himself. Despite of that, I would still use him in the future for other projects.

Phil did an excellent job installing an indoor therapeutic swing at my home in Fremont I am very impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. He is the only handyman contact on my cellphone now.

We hired Phil to do a host of repairs on our 4-plex in Hayward and we were very pleased with his work. He was on time, he was polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He was comfortable handling virtually any of the tasks we could throw at him, from installing light fixtures and closet doors, to fixing minor plumbing issues. And as someone who has 10 years experience as a housing inspector, he is very knowledgeable about the housing codes and doesn't cut corners. I would be glad to work with Phil in the future - he's a solid dude with a great work ethic and a lot of integrity.
