Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
I have the 10 year parts & labor that Tyler(technician) had verified should not result in any charges based on their actions. I called and talked to Cillian because I believed this had to be a mistake for my 5yo unit. Cillian said to hold off as he would need to get on the warranty site to verify my coverage. I offered to send a copy of my warranty paperwork since there was something very off with this invoicing. They charged $80 for the first visit's "diagnostic". I reviewed the warranty papers and it verified that I was responsible for the diagnostic. Cillian also charged me $80 for the vacuum pump/testing along with a $90 warranty claim fee. I did try to tell Cillian in a call that the charges above the $80 that I was not originally told about were contrary to what my paperwork and even Tyler, their technician said would be due, but it fell on deaf ears.
DO NOT TRUST Phil's Heating & Air as they apparently change their terms at their will with no warning.
