Phil Carter painted my mountain home for me this past Spring. It is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with extremely steep inclines off the back of the house and multiple decks. Just the time he spent designing and building the scaffolding was truly impressive. Phil literally hand painted with brush and roller ...every inch of my home. Phils work is beyond any review I could possibly right for him. I had neighbors commenting on how my home looked brand new. The cost was reasonable and far less than what other painters quoted to use a spray gun. Since painting my home...I have had Phil return to complete other interior painting and repairs. He is professional, has amazing work ethic, punctual and a straight shooter.

Phil repaired a ceiling in our screened in porch due to water damage. He replaced several sections with new plywood and expertly painted the entire ceiling. It looks brand new. He also repaired two exterior doors that were not closing properly and completely refinished the main entryway door as well as two wooden garage doors that were beginning to show signs of weather damage. He is very reliable, does fantastic work, and is reasonably priced. I recommend him.

He is a very honest and trustworthy painter and I highly recommend him. I have know Phil for over 3 yrs He has demonstrated a persistent and dedicated passion for learning new facts of farming techniques although is forte is home improvement his is receptive to adapting similar strategy's and helping me.
