Never finished the project. Initial quote had a list of specific items which needed to be completed. Most items were completed as described in the quote. However, when fixing a couple items (i.e. repairing a cabinet drawer), the handyman encountered an issue and was not able to fix it. He left the job saying he needed a different part and has never returned or made any follow-up calls.

They are very knowledgable, courteous and did very good work on my wall.

They are all very polite and helpful. Starting with the woman on the phone that took my call, she explained everything and made me feel comfortable with hiring a new service. The gentleman that came out was fast, friendly and neat. Very knowledgeable! Thank you! My only concern is that they are a bit too expensive for me, even though their prices are competitive.

Phil's service offered to have a serviceman at our house within the hour. However, I was out of town and my wife had to handle things. Even though my wife had not used any of the plumbing in the bathroom above the furnace room where the leak was dripping, the service man came to the conclusion that the leak came from the above bathroom. The leak was dripping from the chimney pipe leading up from the furnace and hot water heater to the roof. The plumber dismissed my wife's help as women often are. The plumber never located the leak. He did fix one of our toilets that was using alot of water, but, I think $175 charge for that was excessive

They fixes my problem in a few hours of calling and I am very happy I chose this company. If I ever need plumbing repairs again for this home I will not hesitate to call, I sure do wish they went a little further up North though.

I called Phil's about a drainage problem (and a small flood) in my dad's basement. The representative was very nice on the phone. She even called me several times to see if I was still tied up at work. She explained things to me very well. The plumber called to say he was heading on over and he beat me there. He also explained thngs to me very well and I felt he was very honest. I wasn't sure how much a job like that should cost but I'm not complaining because, thankfully, he was able to fix the problem.

The servicer person was professional and agreeable in the face of a horrific mess. He showed up early and finished as promised.

Excellent service and good value

PSI came out the same day and was EXCELLENT! The call center was helpful but not pushy and the actual service man was knowledgeable and quick. The price was much lower than I expected.
