Landscape Pros-Unlicensed Contractor

Do not hire this man, he is a fraud and will not show up after the first day. Sends many excuses for why he wonâ t show up.

Charged $1076 for 2 hours of work. Gave us no estimate prior. Took a 20 min break in between. Used our tools and parts to repair a broken underground irrigation line. My husband helped him. Total rip-off!!

Minus 5 stars. This guy is a flat out a fraudulent scammer. He lied about having a license. He lied about absolutely everything. He called from a site for free quotes it had no reviews. I never thought to search him out sadly, because he said he will make a contract and he was licensed and he spoke a very good game. He has other names and company names. Uses the cheapest of parts and charges u for expensive ones. Says his work is 20 years of experience "quality" lol. He is a silver tongue devil for sure. I have turned him into C.S.L.B for no license & there going after him hard. Also, I am fully taking him to court & will get all my $$$ back. Payback time!!!

should have read the reviews before hiring him. $6k spent to revamp sprinkler system for front and back yards, We got taken. Initial work was OK but no follow-up for things that need to be fixed and corrected. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

I would NOT recommend this company. Our system completely broke after we paid in full. He said he would come back out and never did. He stopped returning our calls and texts. we had to hire another person to fix his work. DO NOT HIRE!

They could not find him and told me to call a 1-800- number. I told them he got my number from them. I did not seek Phillip Jimenez out for his business. I just found out he is not a licensed contractor here on this site. What a shame, I thought Home Advisor under Angis list screen that for consumers. But he is listed here for my review.
