Phil's construction & remodeling

This contractor owes me 9000.00 dollars and refuses to pay. workmanship was amateurish. Contractor Robs Peter to pay Paul.

We have used Phil for lots of work over the years. Consistently, he is performed great quality work at a fair price. He is a pleasure to do business with and keeps us posted of any issues that arise.

Phil really listened to me and he went the extra mile to build the fence that I wanted. He does very high quality work. The fence looks great and it is a lot more sturdy than the previous fences I have had.

Came out on a weekend to fix a major water problem at our lake house. Spent the weekend repairing all our issues !

Made sure problem was corrected and we were satisfied.

Phil was very quick to get to me when I had a pipe break and was able to repair this pipe quickly. He was very personable and helped with a lot of questions I had and information I was going to need for water damage repair. I highly recommend this business for any service they offer.

Our project involved replacement of wood decking and structural repair on a 25 year-old deck with a 10 year-old deck addition. Phil’s response was very timely and accommodating to our schedule. Estimate for the work was complete, reasonable and again timely. Construction began when he said it would; he kept me informed of the progress and problems along the way. Work site was organized and left clean. Phil was a good communicator throughout. Deck looks great! Will definitely contact for our future projects.

We needed to do minor carpentry tonfit our new refigerator in the former refigerator's space. In an hour it was done, the molding was professionally replaced and we are very happy with this service.

Phil's Construction & Remodeling did some electrical updates, some wood fence repair and built a roof over my patio. Phil and his people showed up on time,did what they were supposed to and went above and beyond in doing some of the work. There was some touch-up required to the wood fence stain, but that was understandable, because it was hard to tell it was needed until a couple of days later. The patio roof turned out very well , Phil's bids were very competitive, and I would definitely recommend his services.On the work quality, I would award 4.9 stars.

Phil did a great job. Project took longer than expected some due to pandemic and temperatures neither could be controlled. Finished product looks great.

Phil and Paul were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly. There were several unknown issues that came up during the project but they handled each one. I had a small problem after they completed the project and they were here the next day to fix it. Our dog also liked the guys!! We will hire them again!! Thanks Phil and Paul for a job well done!!

Phil accomplished everything we imagined and then some.Down to earth guy.He will sit down and listen to what you are envisioning instead of telling you how he wants it.He even made friends with our dogs.Would definitely use Phil for future projects.

Phil was very helpful and went out of his way to make the new deck was exactly what we wanted. He took extra steps to ensure the safety of our small children.
