Phippen's Handyman Service

We hired Bob to rebuild a shed that was on our property and either needed to be torn down or repaired. The foundation for this shed was solid and the shed had been on the property since about 1942. We were not able to just buy a shed and place it on the foundation. The foundation had about a 1 1/2 foot wall base and would have been costly to demolish. So we needed the shed to be rebuilt or repaired on the foundation. Bob repaired the shed using the original studs that were still in good shape. He put in a new door and siding and a new roof. He also painted the structure. Bob was very professional and made sure that his work was meticulous and finished. He did what he said he would do and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. He is very personable and explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. When he got to the point that he knew the remaining work left would put us over budget,, he let us know and allowed us to make the decision on if we wanted to continue and told us what the additional cost would be. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend him.

He arrived when promised and completed the job within the timeline he estimated. Very respectful of me and my property and cleaned up when finished.

Bob was prompt, courteous, and worked hard for the 3 hours he was here hanging doors and cutting off length after we put in carpet downstairs. He had all his tools and worked fast and was very informative and friendly. Bob s work was professional and he has years of various experiences but it appeared important for him to do a good job, we would hire him again and would recommend him to you.

Robert did a great job on the work, he had good suggestions to help out, and he has also doing another project with me which will be our 3rd together!
