I had an extremely disappointing experience with Phixer Solutions after they were assigned to my claim through my home warranty company. The technician who came to my home clearly explained what was wrong with my issue. I have this conversation recorded on my Ring camera. However, when the report was submitted to the home warranty company, I was told that ?nothing was wrong.? This directly contradicts what the technician stated in my home. It appears that instead of processing the claim properly through the warranty, I was encouraged to pay out-of-pocket for additional services. When I questioned the discrepancy between what was said in person and what was reported to the warranty company, I received no clear answers. I called multiple times to address the issue and was told they were ?working on it,? but after that, communication stopped. If you are using a home warranty company, I strongly recommend verifying everything in writing and documenting all conversations.
