We at Phoenix Appliance Repair LLC we pride ourselves on reliability, great communication, integrity, & quality work. We will do our best to keep you informed about your particular task or project. We are members of Better Business Bureau with an excellent rating and value our customer relationships. We have over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial appliance repair. Currently, we are NOT repairing most small appliances. These are best repaired by bringing them into a repair shop for service. We have no repair shop and are exclusively an in-home repair firm. Therefore, we do not repair small appliances such as dehumidifiers, dormitory refrigerators, range hoods, counter-top microwaves, etc. However, we do repair some Kitchen Aid mixers. "All customers have the obligation to ask about costs whether there is a service charge or not and the cost of repair. We respond to all questions as best we can. Our service/diagnostic fee is below the average in our area. Costs of repair over the phone are always estimates. The customer is advised to have either our firm or another look at the appliance rather than simply buying new at a much greater cost than repair We advise against repair when the cost is excessive. We feel entirely justified in charging $59.95 for our fee. Remember, you get what you pay for."
"Six years ago ALL of my costs were less. Gas prices, insurance, cell phone service, parts and supplies. What this customer needs is a reality check. The customer should call another local company and ask for a quote on this job-my guess is that it will be higher than mine. My prices are very reasonalble"
