Quick repair, could have charged more for an extra part but didn't. Very good service.

My experience with the vendor was good. He was professional and did the job quickly. The only complaint I have is that he was very expensive. I have since found out that I could've had my ice maker fixed at another vender for almost half of what he charged.

Cody was prompt courteous and was very knowledgeable about my repairs. He explained things to me and even fixed my dishwasher when he finished repairing my garbage disposal which was why I called him. I would recommend him and I have added him to list of professional contacts.

They were able to schedule us the day after we called and arrived early within the time frame scheduled. Professional and quick service. Would use again.

Cody was VERY prompt to respond to an electronic inquiry late into the evening. He offered to come the next day and in fact did come. He took care of and/or gave recommendations for the original 2 appliances I asked him to look at. While at my home I inquired about my dishwasher and he took a look at it and made a recommendation as well! Now I at least know what I need to do. Very pleasant. Worked efficiently, moving between 3 appliances to analyze their function and do the repair needed if possible. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you Cody!

Tech found problem. IT was not cost effective to repair.

My washer would no longer spin clothes dry. The tech explained that the control board was failing, and would cost more than half what a mid-line new machine would cost to repair it. He was competent, polite, and came within the "time window."

He was very courteous, and contacted me right away. No hidden fees, or Fuel Charge.

This is a fine young man. He was on time , clean and neat, very pleasant and most of all a superb technician. My only regret is that I did not have anything else that I needed repaired. Cody is a WINNER!

BEWARE!!!! Do not hire this guy. Underneath the polite facade hiring him will be a waste of money on your part. He came and supposedly fixed my dryer on Friday, Saturday my dryer was doing the same thing. I called and left messages with no reply until I gave him a bad review. He finally call and says he was coming back. The day of the appointment i waited for him to come, no show. He didn't even call that time. So even if he seems nice do not hire him. Home advisor should take him off their listings because he's giving them a bad name.

The only reason I did not give a 5 for everything is that Cody did not actually do any repairs on my washer once he diagnosed that the parts would cost more than a new one. So, I have no idea how his work quality is, but his honesty and timeliness in responding is worth the 4.5 I did give him and I will use him again.

Cody contacted me immediately and arranged a time that was convenient for me. After checking my washer, he let me know that a replacement was going to be a better choice because of the cost of the repair. He even went on line to locate prices for the washer I need.
