We are a full service residential real estate appraisal firm. Lori Lovelace, certified residential appraiser, has been appraising in Kansas and Missouri since 1995. I regularly complete appraisals for estates, litigation such as divorces, pre-offer appraisal for buyers and pre-listing appraisals for sellers as well as appraisals for mortgage lending and refinancing. I work with investors appraising single family and multi family housing for investment purposes as well. I am fully insured, I carry E&O insurance through Great American Insurance Group. My appraisal fees start at $425 and I provide a solid fee quote depending upon the type of appraisal desired as well.
