Fine example of a company answering the phone, providing information and showing up within a very reasonable time. Both on the phone and in person, they were very personable and appeared to know the equipment, how to check it and service as required. Would highly recommend.

Preston & Brian did a wonderful job in correcting the problem but they also checked the heat pump & found another potential problem. Preston was most accommodating at all times, especially when I called him before they actually opened.
